The building of  faculty

Specialties

The students are being trained on the "Veterinary Medicine" and "Quality, Standardization and Certification" specialities at the faculty.
The qualification of the graduates is - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.

The following scientific degrees can be obtained: Bachelor, Master.

 About the Faculty

There are 4 chairs on the faculty, they are:
-the chair of animals' anatomy and surgery;
-the chair of microbiology and pharmacology;
-the chair of contagious diseases and veterinary-sanitary examination;
-the chair of physiology and internal diseases of animals.

The training process is being conducted with the help of highly qualified teaching staff 80% out of them have obtained different scientific degrees. The teachers' and the students' research work is focused upon the questions of improvement the old and working out the new diagnostics and prophylaxis methods of contagious and non-contagious farm animals' diseases.

The faculty occupies a modern six-storied building, has in its disposal a clinical building, 4 scientific laboratories, veterinary clinic, chemist's shop, vivarium, up-to-date computers.

There is a separate hostel for nonresident students and aspirants where they can stay for their training period. The payment is US$15 per month.

Terms of studying

Terms of studying:
Bachelor training - 4 years;
Master training - 5 years.
